System development and installation Guidance: The system development and installation is divided into 3 phases are following
Phase I: Requirement Phase
• All crucial information and data will be achieved in order to analyse, design rough system.

Phase II: Implementation Phase
• The entire system will be developed to conform to the requirement specification form. In addition, this system will also be demonstrated for further officially utilization.

• The website connection is also illustrated in Page Flow sheet.
• The database infrastructure is displayed in ER Diagram.
• Individually task description is exposed in Program Specification sheet.
• All database details is shown in Data Dictionary sheet.
• User’s demonstration information is revealed in UAT Test Case and Test Script sheet.
• System’s demonstration summary report will be given by System Development Team.
• The website connection summary report.

Phase III: Deployment Phase
• This phase is combined into 3 categories; System Installation, Manual description, Training.
